Experienced with Children and Teens

Comments from Allie Rauser about her approach to helping others:

Children and adolescents are not exempt from facing some of life’s obstacles and challenges that adults encounter. However, children often struggle to understand, verbalize, and process their thoughts and feelings regarding those difficulties. I feel it is critical to meet each child where he/she is at emotionally and developmentally in a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space. My goal is to cultivate a therapeutic environment where youth can discover their inner strengths, process thoughts and feelings, and learn to utilize effective coping strategies through the use of creative interventions. I consider it a privilege to work alongside children and families on their journey to a healthy and fulfilling future.
