25 Years of Experience in All Types of Mental Health and Clinical Therapy

Comments from Dr. Marie McKay about her approach to helping others:

Life has challenging moments and struggles for all of us at one time or another. I will work with you to have more awareness and a better understanding of yourself so you can reach your goals of a more authentic and happier self and life. I often work with clients to improve skills in areas of communication, understanding and self-regulation/acceptance of overwhelming feelings. You are in full control of what you want to accomplish in therapy. And always with me, your individual spiritual beliefs will be respected and can be a part of our work together if you would like.

I work with people on progressing through traumas, losses, depression, anxiety, personal development, relationship and family problems, and parenting concerns. Of course, there are many adjustments that can present a challenge. In addition, I am very comfortable working with clients making major decisions and life adjustments.

I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.
