Comments from Kylene Schipper about her approach to helping others:

Everyone encounters some obstacles or emotional distress at some point in their life. It's during these times that understanding, support and validation are needed most. Developing insight and self-awareness is a crucial part of working through these issues. Having a caring person with an outside perspective to guide you through this process makes it easier and leads to better results. I have extensive experience in working with adolescents and adults with mental health, behavioral and substance abuse disorders and concerns.
