I have memories of wanting to be a therapist since I was 7 years old. Helping others is my nature. It is more than my job, it is who I am as a person.

My goal is to provide a warm, understanding environment in which you can grow in self-awareness and be empowered toward self-love. Once achieved, these elements can help improve relationships, decrease depression/anxiety, increase self-confidence, and equip you to overcome challenges.

Background and Education: 

Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts, and a Licensed Master of Social Worker Degree, both from Michigan State University. She has 16 years of psychotherapy experience in the private practice setting as well as 5 years of experience as a social worker in pediatrics on the campus of MSU.
