Individual Therapy

Short-Term Individual Therapy - 10 to 24 sessions, once per week, for coping with acute stress from difficult home or work situations, divorce, depression, anxiety/panic, fears/phobias; sexual, physical and emotional abuse; stress, work related conflict; and family problems. 


Long Term or Intensive Individual Therapy - 25 sessions or more, for achieving long-term personal growth, insight, and self actualization and for serious life-long emotional and mental disorders.
